Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, password (stored in hashed form), display name, profile photo, and authentication details from sign-in providers such as Google or Apple when you choose those options.
Content you create. We store the reminders, tasks, projects, teams, messages, notes, and other content you enter into the Service, including due dates, assignments, completion status, and related metadata.
Usage and device information. We may collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as pages viewed, features used, app version, browser type, operating system, IP address, and general location derived from your IP address.
Communications. If you contact us for support, we collect the content of your messages and any information you choose to provide.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service
- Create and manage your account and authenticate you
- Sync your reminders and tasks across web and mobile devices

- With other users you choose. When you share reminders, tasks, or collaborate in Yo! Circle or Yo! Business workspaces, other members of those groups can see the content you share with them.
- Service providers. We use trusted third parties to help us operate the Service, such as cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Yomembo, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure provided by our hosting partners. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account or specific content, we will delete or anonymize that information within a reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted to retain it for legal, security, or backup purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information
- Export a copy of your data
